The Smart and Skilled Operating Guidelines 2016 requires the development of strategies to ensure a number of processes are implemented. An example of this is the requirement to have a strategy to ensure currency of Provider details are maintained on the Smart and Skilled Website. One way of providing evidence of these requirements being met is to delegate the duties to staff members and reflect this in their Position Descriptions. This  document gives samples of what tasks can be delegated to staff to ensure evidence of compliance.
